INTAKE

We will first complete a meet/greet with you. This includes analysis of what makes you, you so that we know exactly what makes you unique, and what critical skills we should be focusing on with you!

DISCOVERY

We will then do a deep dive together to figure out who are you really, and what your motives are. We are curious about you!

CALL TO ACTION

Next, we will propose skill building exercises and lessons we feel are tailored for you using hypothetical and real-life examples. We will meet regularly together to help enhance your emotional intelligence, decision-making, and overall critical thought processes to stimulate your growth in living a more confident and open-minded life. You reading this is already a step in the direction of believing in yourself.

EVALUATION

Based on the suggested and agreed upon timeframe, we will convene for a personal evaluation of yourself and where you feel you are at with your critical thought skills.

COME BACK

If you want to come back, we do more than sessions, we also do re-visits as needed once you have worked with us before. We can even sign you up for another series of sessions, whether it be refresher training, or a new thing you want to practice. Our goal is to send you off feeling inspired and knowing what your next steps are, but we are always here! Once a Wondr’r always a Wondr’r!

HERE IS A LIST OF OUR PROGRAM TIMELINES

  • Ability Skill 1: 1 Month with us. Able to further extend your sessions with us as needed.
  • Ability Skill 2: 3 Months with us. Able to further extend your sessions with us as needed.
  • Ability Skill 3: 6 Months with us. We will first suggest you venturing on your own, and will touch base with you after about a month to see how you’re feeling. If you feel like you want to continue with us, we can add a new session series or check ins with you where you see fit.
  • Ability Skill 4: 12 Months. We will first suggest you venturing on your own, and will touch base with you after about a month to see how you’re feeling. If you feel like you want to continue with us, we can add a new session series or check ins with you where you see fit.
