LET’S. REVEAL. TOGETHER.

Expand your mind, sharpen your thinking, transform your life.

You made it! We are so happy you have joined us, and have taken an interest in getting to learn more about Wondr and our mission. Thanks for being here. And by the way, have you ever heard the term “self-sufficiency”? This is the ability to fulfill one’s own needs with less reliance on external assistance.

Do you know what sells to most of us? Convenience. After all, if something didn’t make your life easier in some way, you wouldn’t buy it, right? And, if you’re like me, you need food to survive. Now, what would happen if we dived into the unknown. What if we tried to go against making convenience purchases with our hard earned money? When we grow as individuals, we must first try something that is a bit less convenient or dive into the unknown and get a little uncomfortable for a bit. The word uncomfortable can have a negative connotation for many of us. But the reality is living in discomfort is the only way for us to get sharper, expand our horizons, and be more independent in learning new skills so that we can be the best version we can be for ourselves. In today’s fast paced world, the reliance on convenience foods can lead to a disconnect from the sources of our deeper rooted nutrition.

By developing food-making skills, we not only prioritize personal health and well-being, we also cultivate a lifestyle of creativity, sustainability, and resilience. Encouraging self-sufficiency becomes essential in addressing economic challenges, fostering community, and connecting with not just food, but ourselves on deeper unimaginable levels. Don’t get me wrong, a lot of us like to enjoy a tasty doughnut now and then or a delicious mouth watering marbleized steak. We at Wondr are not “health nut” sticklers. We just want to help you find your sense of self in a world that often promotes the opposite of self-reliance & self-sufficiency, taking back your life on step at a time, and doing what makes you feel good about yourself. Plus, what better way to be healthy than to know what ingredients you are ingesting in your meals, because you made the thing you’re eating. Your body and soul will thank you when you feel good about the decisions you make throughout your life, and believe it or not, food choices are a huge part of that. Food has been proven to be linked to our mental health and overall mood, as well as your gastrointestinal comfort/discomfort, weight, and much more. We are here and ready to be a part of your journey. Wondr is Wondering about you!
